Cat Scratch Salsa started in our family kitchen with one big idea, salsa should be bold, flavorful, and unforgettable. What began as a weekend hobby quickly became a family project. We tested peppers, tweaked recipes, and before long, friends and neighbors were asking for more.

What we thought was just “something fun to share” turned into a business with claws of its own. 

At local markets and craft shows, Cat Scratch Salsa stood out for its scratch-made style, unique flavor, and fearless heat.

We didn’t set out to build a salsa company, we set out to share our love for bold peppers and fresh flavor. The rest grew naturally.
